"It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give. "The location is very ideal and the parking is available at the property. The staff were very friendly and polite. The apartment itself needed some maintenance, but it was good for a family and we were there only for a long weekend so it suited our purpose, but in general, I would say the apartment was neat and tidy."

"Stay was fine, we didnt spent much time in the hotel. Came back to hotel to have a sleep at night. Room was clean. Complementary Breakfast was not at all good. It was not served at the hotel. They give a coupon and we need to show it to the nearby restaurant. Best past is that they give dosa but charge you for coffee. "

"The overall experience was good, but with few exceptions. The rooms are neat and clean, but the washrooms could be better. However, I was really taken by surprise when found that they had closed/locked the property main doors (Gates) after night and it’s hard to go out for a walk and return back if require. Never had any previous experience where the hotel locks up the guests at night."
