「Nothing like pictures in advertisement. Stains on carpet, walls. No towels, AC plug in, had no protective cover over it. The breakfast advertisement showed free, but not all was free. When we did need something, the staff was nice and responded quickly.」

「We stayed in the Queen Anne room. The cooling is with a portable air conditioner which worked fine to keep the room cool, when it was in the mid 80s outside. I would recommend they install a "split" which might be able to exhaust through attic space if there is not an exterior wall.
