「The only criticism i have is too late for booking in and on a personal note i think 08:30 is a little late for breakfast. Beside that i found the place fantastic. Great accommodation and friendly staff and ideally situated for exploring the lake district.」

「Heather the manager was very friendly and welcoming. We got our drinks at the bar and confirmed our stay and we had a lovely evening meal. The room was spacious and comfortable with a shower and bath.It was very quiet.Breakfast in the morning was great and heather made us feel so at home. Definitely would recommend a stay.」

We enjoyed spending time at the pub and were especially impressed by the vegan dinner options. The staff were welcoming and flexible, putting together a delicious, well-presented, and affordable meal. The Inn is fully dog-friendly, and we would definitely recommend it.
