「I have to say that this was a first class operation! Everyone from the front desk to the owner worked so ridiculously hard to make our stay fantastic. The food there was stupendous and the cocktails were amazing. I am from South Florida and it was a step above. The rooms were small, but they were tastefully decorated so it wasnt cramped feeling. 「We are so happy we chose this hotel for our vacation. Having all-inclusive makes everything else so much easier to do like day tours, beach time, pool time etc. The only thing we marked 4 stars instead of 4 is related to how the housekeeping doesn’t refresh towels and how you have to go to the front desk to request them and other items like bottled water (only two regular sized bottles at a time) soap. Despite this minor issue we were so happy with our stay here and hope to return!」
