「The staff was amazing and made us feel welcomed, they also informed us of everything happening during our stay that’s close to the hotel, you are in walking distance to everything there is to do out here including a stunning beach, the Hotel provided all our needs and made sure to check up on us daily. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel when I return to San Andres.」

「This hotel has it all, the staff is amazing. They were really nice with us from the moment we walked in. We got there early and they offered to leave our luggage in a safe place until room was ready so we can go eat or walk around. But they gave me a room quick without hesitation or early charges. Shara is one of the staff who was always with a happy smile in her face, polite and always asked if we needed something. The bar staff making them drinks on point, really good specially the morning...

「ageable sorpresa hotel completamente renovado ,limpio y servicio impecable. comida en la noche a la carta deliciosa si a usted le gusta los frutos del mat no se arrepentira. desayuno bien pero le falta un poco de frutas . Mismo si esta cerca del aeropuerto no se escucha mucho y de vez en cuando en la manana 」

「A truly memorable stay thanks to the exceptional and attentive staff, especially Paula, who went above and beyond. Breakfast is a must-try! Light sleepers should avoid front-facing rooms due to road noise. Renting a 'mula' (buggy) for DIY island exploration is highly recommended. While the hotel boasts a lovely ocean view, consider that it lacks direct ocean access. The pool, though aesthetically pleasing, is rather small.」

「Unfortunately my experience did not live up to expectations and I would not recommend staying here. Our room didn't even have a room number, shows lack of care amongst staff and hotel executives. Additionally, the rooms had a moldy smell to them and the bathroom was incomplete (no shower head)」
