"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great location, parking deck is great to have but very tight for larger vans. "

Also, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff didn't give clear instructions on the password and the parking zone until we asked about it. I first got the password for the main gate, then I drove around the car park and couldn't figure out which parking slots were available, as they all seemed to be blocked by barriers. My friend had to ask the staff again, and only then did they tell us that the yellow zone is for Novotel's guests. It took me half an hour to park the car. "
