「The 19th hole appeared to be a nice little cozy house on the website like the little house in the prairie. However, it was filthy. Dishes were very dirty, disorganized and mismatched. Theee were cobwebs all over the house. Clearly no one is maintaining the place. It's filthy. The mats on the floor are very dirty and worn out. I had to wash the mat before using it in the bathroom. "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
