「Great centralized location for all of our travel destinations. Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, Hyannis, Chatham and Provincetown. Very clean and spacious accommodations. Highly recommend for families with small children. 」

「The room was big and very clean. The hotel is quaint and quiet. It does not have an elevator which could be an issue for some but we made it work. Overall a great place to stay. Very comfortable and inviting and we loved the amenities.」

「We had a great beach view. The 1 bedroom had a big refrigerator and kitchen that was well supplied. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Maintenance gentleman carried our lungage ti the car when we were leaving and gentleman from front desk carried it up when we arrived. 」

「One of our favorite places. Great location, quiet, comfortable, clean, staff is excellent, great amenities! My only complaint would be not enough handicap parking because it’s all reserved by time share ownership whom are not there most of the time. 」

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
