"Our suite was roomy, clean & well-equipped with appliances and dishes/cutlery. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom didn't respond to adjustments (e.g. it just continued on the coldest setting so we had to turn it off occasionally at night), but the unit in the living room cooled enough for us. It would be nice to have "regular" hangers in the closets ( vs. the ones that have to be hung in the slots that are attached to the rod) and it would also be nice to have the unit stocked with kleenex (tissues). "

"Room was very basic, but they are clean. The hair dryer almost exploded when I used it and pretty sure it was the same one they have had since the 70s. Halls are dated. Feels like a university dorm. The location is definitely the best part. "

"This is a beautiful, well equipped hotel that lets itself down due to corporate greed, amateur level service and lack of attention to detail. The hotel itself, the ground, the pools and the setting behind Falésia Beach are stunning. The place was immaculate, the heated pools were glorious, the rooms were large and comfortable and we slept well. However, after paying for our stay upfront (nearly €1500 for a few days) we were basically informed that our money was not good enough. The front desk said “what we do now is put a hold on your card for expenses and we suggest €100 a day.” I said I’d like to pay as I go. I did not appreciate being told to pre pay, particularly being told how much I should be spending. It was presumptious, tacky and exploitative, especially given that the hotel restaurants are extremely expensive and the menus average. For the next 24 hours there was a red banner on my glitchy guest app saying my credit had expired and I must contact front desk. This eventually changed to in credit. Our experience eating in the hotel was only the sub standard breakfast, which staff could not keep warm. Cold eggs, sausages, pancakes, potato rosti on 3 occasions. We stopped eating the hot breakfast. On the 2nd day I told front desk about the cold breakfast and the rep was unhelpful; she wanted me to tell the restaurant staff, not her. Eventually she agreed to pass on the feedback when I also reported that my shower was broken. This isn’t 5 star quality. "

"Beautiful resort with breathtaking view from the room. Wide spread of breakfast and 3 restaurants + Skybar for plenty of food. Azure bar will need to improve its service time. Otherwise location is perfect for hiking, and the city center is just 10 min walk with many restaurants. Highly recommended."

"Spacious room in a good location. Not far from marina and train station. Good breakfast. Good pool facilities both indoor and outdoor. Disappointed that you couldnt borrow a wine glass for room unless arranged with room service for €5."
