"It’s an old hotel so we expected that coming in. The lobby and exterior were getting a makeover so there was scaffolding outside and some wires and construction inside, but I think it added to the charm. Samantha at the front desk was so friendly and not overwhelmed at all despite a long line behind me as I checked in. I booked a big room that sleeps 5 but they didn’t have it available due to the construction, so she gave us 2 adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family. We walked to Bullfrog Brewery for dinner, which is right around the corner. Samantha was super friendly to our teens who were exploring the lobby and ballroom for “ghosts.” Then we slept great in the comfy rooms. Breakfast was delicious with a full hot buffet plus extras. We loved it so much here that we booked our next stay in the area."

"The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean. Breakfast was good (hot and tasty). The pool was nice and clean. Cement work is n needed for the side walk. It is uneven with lots of cracks. I had difficulty pulling my luggage to the room. There's no elevator"
