Fantastic location

Top notch location close enough both to the train station and old town so very convenient. Room is spacious and clean generally quiet. Well priced.

The owner never showed up for anything. I had to call him always when I had some issues. It wasn’t very friendly. The one thing good with this property was the location.

loved it, the location is perfect, very near the train and bus station, the building has an elevator, Daniele comes to receive you very fast and provides a perfect reception. The room is HUGE, and had a beautiful balcony, tv, great bathroom with great hairdryer. There is coffee and tea and water available and a fridge. Everything was clean. Very quiet, wonderful sleeping time, I recommend it.

Good stay in Bari

The place is absolutely lovely! The only downside is that we couldn’t leave our luggage after checking out. However, this is completely understandable as it is a small place and there is no reception

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Wände könnten frische Farbe gebrauchen. Die Tagesdecke vom Bett wirke nicht einladend. Aber wie gesagt es war sauber. Mit ein bisschen Aufwand könnte man daraus ein gemütliches Zimmer machen. Die Location ist optimal, man ist mitten im Geschehen. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Leider habe ich in den 4 Tagen kein Personal gesehen. Zimmer wird zwischendurch nicht gereinigt. Man bekommt eine Nachricht wie man ins Zimmer kommt und einen Code für die Haustür.

Un'ottima scoperta sopratutto per chi come me si serve spesso dell'aeroporto di Bari e si trova a dover cercare una struttura in centro ad un prezzo ragionevole! Le istruzioni per il check in, dettagliatissime, sono inviate su WhatsApp e il ragazzo con cui mi sono interfacciata è stato disponibile e cortese! Ho già effettuato una nuova prenotazione ✌

Οι οδηγίες του τσεκ ιν ήταν κατανοητές και σχετικά εύκολες.Η τοποθεσία ήταν έπισης πολύ καλή μέσα στο ιστορικό κεντρό, βρισκόταν κοντά στα πάντα...μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια, μπαρ κτλ.. Εμείς μεινάμε ένα βράδυ και μας βόλεψε για περισσοτερό όμως δεν νομίζω να το κλείναμε Η τιμή ήταν οκ ίσως πρός το πιο ακριβό τουλαχιστον από ότι θα έπρεπε....το κύριο παράπονο ήταν η καθαριότητα υπήρχε πάντου σκόνη..τα πατώματα έπισης δεν ήταν πολύ καλά καθαρισμένα..αλλά ενταξει ξανά λέω καθίσαμε ενα βράδυ δεν μας επηρέασε πάρα πολύ..

Vraiment moyen

La chambre est bien située, l'hôte est très réactif par message même si nous ne l'avons jamais croisé. La literie est bonne. Malheureusement, je n'ai vu nul par sur l'annonce que la salle de bain était commune, de plus cette salle de bain n'était pas très propre...ce qui nous a gâché le séjour au sein de cet établissement.

Merci pour l'accueil, tout a été très fluide ! L'hotel est tres bien placé, un peu bruyant côté route mais on est en Italie c'est normal 😀. Petit bemol pour le sol de la chambre qui n'etait pas propre et la salle de bain commune (à partager avec d'autres personnes), un peu vetuste pas tres hygiénique. En revanche le lit confortable et draps, oreilles propre. Quand je reviendrai aux pouilles, je reserverais à nouveau avec room 110. A bientôt

Bon séjour à Bari

Cet hebergement est très bien situé dans le centre ville à quelques minutes à pied de la gare et à 10 mn à pied du centre historique. Les points forts : chambre spacieuse et propre, bonne climatisation et wifi. Les points faibles : un peu bruyant le soir mais on est en plein centre ville, pas de petit dejeuner (alors que c'était initialement prévu). En fait le petit dejeuner se limitait à une bouilloire et des sachets de thé et une machine nespresso et des capsules à café. On a trouvé facilement a petit déjeuner dans le quartier.
