"I did not have a ocean view I had a basement room ..it was clean basic and adequate..it’s not exactly ocean front, some of the photos used are not of the property itself, but at a beach kiosk quite a walk away and was closed which is quite deceiving and I would not say it’s a hotel and it’s not a bed and breakfast either it’s a guest house room and bathroom, no Wifi, some form of satalite tv no English speaking channels it did have a fridge and on the positive was lovely quite and safe at night....

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was ok. We had a meal there too which was good. Reception staff were really not very friendly or at all helpful when we had a problem accessing our room. Our room key card didn’t work, we were in the 9th floor at the end of a long corridor and had lots of baggage. Fortunately a cleaner was in the corridor and let us into the room and said we needed a real key from Reception. We phoned down to Reception who were very short and sharp and just said to pick it up when we went down. We picked the key up and that didn’t work either. We had no choice but to go back to Reception and they sent the maintenance man. He couldn’t get the key to work either so went himself to get another key. We had just spent two weeks in Italy in various places and people had all been very friendly and helpful. This was not the experience we had at this hotel and would not stay there again."
