Lovely little motel. Very clean and bright. Nice size room and the bed was comfortable; a great find for the price! The aircon is an older one, but it isn’t loud enough that it keeps you awake (and I’m a very light sleeper). They even have a “snack” menu that you can order to take back to your room (dim sims, nuggets etc). Great bargain!

We found the Acacia Rose Motor Inn clean, comfortable & great value. The owners are friendly & helpful. Location is so important & we were only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Barham. We ate at the Happy Elephant Thai, amazing food!

Was in easy walking distance to all Town facilities. Cafe, Pub, Club, Shops, and Supermarkets. The Staff of Acia Rose made may stay extra special by having the heater on when I returned late afternoon. Looking forward to next year again.
