"The pool area was next to our room and didn't close until 10 pm... it was kind of noisy when they closed up and kids were crying. That wasn't the hotel or staff's issue, but we had trouble getting to sleep until the pool was closed. Everything else was nice."

"We checked in around 5pm on a thursday abd the had given our room to another couple one of which said they were us because they had the same last name. They were ataying 1 nighr and us for 3. The Manager offered to put us in another buikding tgen we would have to move to the room we were supposed to have the next day. I refused and insisted they mive the people who were in wrong room to begin with. The manager agreed and comped us or the one night because if the mix up. Parking at this hotel is yerrible as well. Location is great and room was nice."
