「I have stayed in Quality Inn at least once a month over the last year. This time was the first time that the quality was not good. Everything was fine but once I went to bed I woke up with a bite on my arm, then noticed it on my legs and back. I had to get up and sleep in the chair. The last few times I have stayed there it seems the place has not been as good as earlier in the year. I will have to give some serious thought to staying there again.」

「The room was clean. I was surprised that there were no toiletries provided, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Feels like something that most places provide and this was my first time experiencing not having it. Not even complimentary coffee/tea. They gave cups though.」
