「Clean room and great staff」

「This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out...

「It is at the best location in Barcelona. Lot of tourist spots are walking distance. Lots of good restaurants and cafe and bar. Relative small but consider the location, you still feel worth the price.」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「Very good hotel service, served with welcome drink, snack and apple, clean and large windows with good views. You must visit the Sunset bar, if you have time to enjoy a drink there, super!」

「Room was very cozy and had all the amenities one would need while traveling. But what made the stay here excellent was actually the staff - they were courteous and helpful in providing a list of activities and neighborhoods to stroll. My stay was super easy as a first timer in Barcelona, so I highly recommend staying at Casa Pince. Extra perk - they have a round the clock (doesn’t close from 3-5P) restaurant with really delicious meals!」
