We love the extra experience options like pillow, sheet and scent choice. My daughter’s favorite was the Cozy Christmas experience, it was well worth it and delightful, a must during the holiday season. Buffet was great, staff friendly and went above and beyond. Will stay there again next year! One of our favorite hotels.

This Boutique hotel is modern with a chick vibe. Staff is incredibly nice and professional. Housekeeping would pass by twice a day bringing chocolates at night. Breakfast was delish. The bar area was also very nice. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not 5 stars is that my room faced the street and it was loud. I could hear everything happening outside.

The location was Great and front desk staff were always very willing to please. Had no working phone in our room upon check in, which got fixed the next day. The hotel is tooo DARK, you get off the elevator, and cannot even see where you are going. The room was ok, hated the concrete floor, very hard on the feet. Hated the crazy light system. Would prefer lights that turn on & off independently, not the system you have in place. Entry door weighs a ton, not sure the purpose in that. Hidden bathroom is crazy, literally one small square space. Bathroom garbage pail way too small, holds nothing. Truly I did not care for the room. The balcony area was silly, overlooked nothing. The breakfast was nothing delicious, and extremely short staffed. The poor waitress were always running. Only positive was the front desk staff was always very helpful when we had a question. Not trying to be critical just honest ….

The Ohla Eixample is a wonderful hotel. I had booked one of the penthouse suites. The room was superb, the roof top pool was a big plus and great staff. 5 stars for me!

We stayed in a junior suite for 3 nights and absolutely loved the hotel! Service was amazing, the staff are attentive and nothing is too much. We asked for a number of things from reception which were sent to our room immediately. Room was very clean, towels were changed twice a day [if you wanted]. Loved the little chocolate on the pillow in the evening. Bathroom products were great quality. No need to even pack a toothbrush, they were available in our room. Location wise it is in the Eixample district which is one of the safest areas. Some great trend places to eat and drink, along with walking distance to the Sagra Familia and Gaudi apartment. The infinity pool on the terrace was a lovely touch. Overall we would definitely come back and stay here when we decided to return to Barcelona

Amazing service from the start; so accommodating to our needs and done quickly. Impeccable service everywhere. Clean, comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast buffet was high quality and fresh. Superb hotel and would recommend whenever in Barcelona. Centrally located and close to everything.

Great location, comfort and exemplary staff/servic
Beautiful and very clean hotel with spacious rooms for the city, excellent service and amazing breakfast. It is well-located for walking to sites and great dining, but it is also very tranquil and quiet for sleeping well. The personnel working there are exemplary at service. It was a perfect choice for enjoying Barcelona.

Beautiful hotel, very modern. Front staff upgraded my room without any hesitation. We did arrive early but was able to use all the amenities in the hotel. Pool in the rooftop, was pretty much full every day but staff keeps it very clean and tries to accommodate you as best as they can. Every day the room was cleaned and was left a cute note with an update of the weather for the next day and a little treat. Our check-out was very easy and fast. We couldn’t get a taxi that morning so the front staff called us one and was there in less than 5min. Would love to stay there again.
