"I thought it was going to be better, but we had problems with the Breakfast included in the rooms. I would not stay there again."

"No pool or gym on property. It was very hot so a pool would’ve been nice. The construction around makes it a bit challenging to get to n from hotel but I guess there’s nothing they can do about that. The staff was nice n helpful. Hotel is very close to shopping n dining options. The area is a bit “sketchy” and even the taxi drivers warn us about pickpocketers around but I still felt safe walking around to get takeout at 9pm at night. It is a bit noisy due to the train that travels right under road by the hotel."

"We loved the premier club facilities. The pool was good and very welcomed with the heat. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was excellent. We have now joined the Hyatt members group as we were so impressed and will be booking another Hyatt Hotel for our future stays around the world."
