We arrived early for check-in and were told we would wait 30 minutes for a room, that actually resulted in 90 min wait. No big deal, but we could have left the lobby, got lunch, and returned when our room was available. We instead waited based on what they told us in the lobby for 40 minutes, only to be told, no guarantee room would be ready until check-in time at 4pm. That was frustrating. Also the pool had some weird policies.... Other than that it was fine. I'd say just ok.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Carlotta. She was amazing and gave excellent recommendations for all of my interests. The next person I met was the waiter.; Mamadhou. He recommended delicious dishes at the Hotel restaurant and was very attentive. His recommendations turned out to be top-notch. Finally, there was.Muhaela the bartender who was also very helpful and gave great recommendations on dining options. She also served great drinks! As I left the hotel, Carlotta was on shift again and as usual, she had a bright sunshiny smile as well as Muhaela. The hotel was spotless and smelled of beautiful flowers. The room was spacious enough and was cleaned impeccably. The AC works well and for those of us that need the morning jolt they provided a coffee pot in the room as well as a mini fridge. The spa was nothing special simply an indoor pool however it was convenient to get away from the kids utilizing the outside pool. The outside pool has a swim up bar and lots of loungers and seating in the shade. I didn’t try the breakfast bar so I can’t comment on how well or how stocked it was. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay again if in Barcelona in the future.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely

The Hotel was lovely. We had a newer room at the hotel. The main bed was very large in width but not in length. The bunk beds are ok. The ladders are athon metal and not ideal as slippy and the top bunk has a type of shelf and my son kept bashing himself. The bathroom is great with seperate areas, its just a shame that it is located in the main bedroom. The spa is nice but not very relaxing. The outside pool could do with being heated. My children still used the pool but too cold for myself. The hotel is very clean and the staff are lovely.

Absolutely not even one negative detail. I stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect. Staff are absolutely professional and the level of service is fantastic. Room was extremely clean, hygienic and cleaners were extremely spot on when cleaning the rooms. SPA is fantastic. I will definitely come back to the same hotel when I come back to visit Barcelona. Strongly recommended!

The spa here is outstanding the pictures don’t do it justice! We had such a wonderful stay here and the staff went above and beyond and were so nice and helpful! Just wish more restaurants would have been closer but everything was within a 10-20 minute walk!

Great Stay!

The hotel was fantastic! We stayed for three nights during a short city break, and the main reason we chose this hotel was for the spa, which did not disappoint. Room was clean and the reception staff was extraordinary. A big thank you to everyone, especially Alexandra, who organized a small birthday treat for my wife. Nicolie and Mamadou from the bar and restaurant were also wonderful and provided great assistance every time we needed help. The spa was excellent, and the location was convenient—close to public transport and within walking distance of the city center and tourist attractions.
