Our experience at this hotel was amazing! It was in a beautiful area of Barcelona, with lots of terrace tapas restaurants around. The rooftop was perfect for drinks in the evening, and the staff was incredibly friendly!

Lovely hotel lovely staff and service. But very very noisy house keeping and didnt clean under beds. The hotel noise was so loud with doors slamming constantly and house keeping banging and making alot of noise.

Very nice property in an excellent location on La Rambla. The room is spacious, staff are helpful and the roof terrace with pool are superb. Only downside is we received a room that had a window that faced a wall (no real natural light) and the hotel at times was very noisy (ie thin walls), which was disruptive

This hotel could be so much better if they had more staff. It is clean and comfortable and in a relatively nice area. The only bar which had staff tending to customers was the roof bar. The bar in the lobby was open but there was no staff to serve us. They had to get our order from the roof top bar. The roof top bar was often running out of supplies to make drinks or to serve a salad, which was disappointing.

Stayed saturday 6th for one night. Booked a double room for single use. Got to check in very early which was great but I got a single room instead of the double but it had a terrace which the receptionist said would not be included in the type of room I booked. The pictures on the hotels.com website showed a room with a terrace so I'm not sure this is actually true. Anyway.. I decided to accept this room as I am a solo traveler and the terrace (from room 708) had a view of mount tibidabo and sagrada familia. However. When I went to sleep, the bed was rather small, uncomfortable and there was a deep humming sound which sounded like it was coming from the floor above (it was not the aircon, which just added to the noise when turned on). When I mentioned all of this to the receptionist (one of which was the one who checked me in the day before) they were not very pleasant to talk to (to say the least). The bathroom was not very clean. There was a pubic hair on the toilet and the glass in the bathroom wasn't clean (even though it was in a bag which said the contents were sterilised). All in all, I will not give this hotel another chance as there are plenty of other options around with similiar /better pricing.
