Great location, small yet comfortable room

The room was tiny, but comfortable. It had a balcony with no view, but nice to have. The check-in was very friendly and efficient. And the location is fantastic, an easy walk to the Placa Catalyuna and the north end of the Rambla.

The location is excellent, close (4 min) to the subway and in walkable distance to many hot spots (gothic center, University Square, Las Ramblas). Also, close to the A1/A2 shuttle station to airport (7 min). The hotel is overpriced, breakfast is not impressive but expensive, facilities in the rooms are quite spartan. But all these are typical for an mass touristic area like downtown Barcelona.

Great Barcelona home base

The hotel was centrally located near the Plaza Universitat so was super easy to take the Eurobus shuttle from the airport. Adrian was there at the front desk to greet me and checked me into my single room. It was absolutely silent which I loved. Not so thrilled sleeping in a single bed but that’s what I booked. I took the breakfast each morning in the restaurant and it was tasty and plentiful. Overall my experience was great and I could confidently recommend the hotel.

Great location, close to transit and shopping. Would have gotten a better review however, bathroom fan didn’t work and was steamy for very long after shower - front desk not helpful. Only one mirror in the bathroom so difficult for multiple people to get ready and I had to give a €30 deposit to use a clothing steamer.

The hotel is perfect for me. A close walk to the train station if you will be using the red line. Close to everywhere that I needed to go.The room I am with (204), is spotlessly clean and smells good. I recommend and will be staying here again if I am coming back for sure

The room was clean and the washroom was well kept. Loved the fact that I was a block away from the university of Barcelona and two blocks away from the Placa de Catalunya. With a 24 hour convenience store next door and bus to the airport, metro and buses available on walking distance made it even more special. The hotel has breakfast at an extra charge and I did not try it because I wanted to try all the nearby local restaurants, cafe’s and local Spanish and Catalan food. I was not disappointed at all.
