You are right: you get what you pay for. Just a couple of points: the showers all work normally, unless you don't know how to turn on the hot or cold water. We have a control for hot and cold air in reception that if we asked for it we would have given it to them. What happens is that in April we have them stored because it is an ideal temperature in the environment

Thanks for staying with us. We continue working to improve the quality of our service and facilities

Hostal had converters, hair dryers, and wine openers for people to borrow. Staff was polite and kept the place clean. They also gave me a cheaper price than what was listed on Hotel.com. Had 3 private bathrooms for everyone to share but one out of the 3 had black spots and idk if that is mold. Place is located near public transportation and the Gothic Quarter is around a 25 minute walk. Neighborhood is safe and friendly.

Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez passé un mauvais moment, mais cela était indépendant de notre volonté. Parfois, ils réservent des gens qui ne se comportent pas et il faut appeler la police comme cela s'est produit cette nuit-là.
