Good hotel! Only issue was the AC, it was not on, but I went downstairs to ask them to turn it on remotely (it was locked) and they did. Bed was comfortable. ¡Buen hotel! El único problema fue el aire acondicionado; no estaba encendido, pero bajé a pedirles que lo encendieran a distancia (estaba cerrado) y lo hicieron. La cama era cómoda.

The AC didn’t work at all in our room, in spite of telling the receptionists multiple times, they couldn’t get it work. And it was very hot all the time in the room, especially nights.

It was okay. For the price I think they should provide a towel and a lock or at least have free locker storage, but you had to pay for everything. I also didn’t like the storage under the beds, you have to get on your hands and knees every time and it took up way too much space. Cleanliness was okay, but they never clean in between. Kinda depends on your roommates. I also wish the bar was open more? But the location was great. Vibe was okay

Bad experience, staff rude, beds on shared room no privacy no curtains, small toilets, dirty shower, no light on the bed, no early check in option, check out is too early and for the price I hoped something at least acceptable, but it was not at all.

Looks fun, great lobby, bar and breakfast area. Very social and active but i was too busy to enjoy. The downside is the building. Elevator light went out while riding, personal locker slammed closed on my hand and head. Front desk had no bandage for my bleeding. Pillow case was dirty. Some staff a little too "friendly" with women.

I have stayed in many Generators (7 to be precise) and this is the worst of them all due to the nonchalant ways of most staffs. I had no power through my bed (unable to use the light or charge my phone) and on my way out (early morning) made them aware of it. Come to find out request was submitted to maintenance at 6pm when they close at 5pm. No empathy displayed- they made me feel like I was a non paying customer 😏. From the security guy to front desk personnel they were very unbothered unconcerned

Wish the shower stall would be a bit more larger. Every bed was open. There should be a curtain of some sort. I had kept food in the fridge with my name n number. it went missing.

It's a hostel and you're not paying for anything fancy. What you get here is basic but the important things that matter are all there and done really well. Great bedding, fab shower pressure, and really lovely staff to top off the experiance. If you're looking for great quality no frills at a fantastic price, this is the place.
