I could not recommend this hotel any more. Since returning home over 6 months ago I have raved to dozens of people about how amazing and incredible this hotel is and I have recommended every single one of them if they travel to Barcelona, they should stay here. I was here in mid July so the weather was bright and sunny and 30 degrees every day so the air conditioning within the hotel was much needed; I would honestly say that it is some of the best air con I’ve ever had in Europe. The rooms were small but quaint and cozy and extremely aesthetic. The WiFi was very strong and fast and the staff could not be more friendly and more eager to help, but not to the extent where they interfered with your privacy at all. The location was perfect, 2 minutes from the estación de francia (múltiple trains to and from the airport per hour, plus trains all over Barcelona), a 10 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the Marina where there were some amazing restaurants and bars. I would give this 10 stars if I could and I wouldn’t look at staying anywhere else if returning to Barcelona in the future.

Trendy and perfect

Loved this boutique Hotel. Trendy concrete floors weren't cold. Kitchen at your fingertips with cheese, yogurt, coffee, cake.... Located near the water and near everything. Nice experience. Something different.

Great for tourists

The location, walking distance to the beach, gothic quarter, and a hop-on bus stop, is great for tourists. Breakfast was a simple continental but with very nice pastries, cheese, and hard boiled eggs. The aesthetic is a quaint combo of modern and rustic. The rooms may be small and minimal, but had everything we needed plus extra shared places with sitting areas. And the best spot is the rooftop garden with beautiful views and a hidden sitting area. I just wish it was open past 4pm to watch the sunset. Take note that it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. A bit tricky to get our large suitcases up.

Short stay

We chose our short stay at the Factory gardens based on reviews and location. Our original flight was cancelled so we had to bring our stay day forward. We tried to book online which was difficult, so decided to approach FG directly. They managed to accommodate us without any issues. On our arrival we were welcomed with very calm and relaxed ambiance. Samantha was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, quiet and very cool. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location couldn’t be more perfect! Walking distance to the beach, Gothic quarter, Ramblas, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Hotel eher ein B&B, nett eingerichtet, kein Lift, steile Treppe. Zimmer ohne Fenster und ohne TV! Das müsste wirklich deutlicher erwähnt werden in der Beschreibung. Frühstück 24Std in Selbstbedienung erhältlich, keine warmen Speisen.

Factory Garden - Simpelt men ok.

Havde brug for en ekstra sengeplads til familiens rejse og valgte hostel fremfor hotel for at spare penge som kunne bruges på mad og fornøjelser istedet. Factory Garden ligger centralt. Havde søde venlige unge gæster og en 24/7 reception, hvilket også er dejligt. Første aften var der varmt vand i den kolde hane og generelt var alle forhold simple uden den store luksus. Men der var rimeligt rent og alt i alt en ok oplevelse.

A nice place for staying

Stayed for 6 nights. Perfect location, Approximately 2 min. walk from Casa Mila. Also a major street for shopping and sightseeingis close to the hostel. Staff are so kind and gave a lot of useful information about good spots and a way of transportation.

까사밀라와 2분거리, 지하철 이용으로 시내를 빠르게 왕복가능

진짜 좋아요! 시설도 깔끔하고 엘레베이터 있고 또 일층에 바로 들어갈 수 있어요 깨끗하고 조리가능하고 리셉션도 친절합니다! 다만 2층침대에서 주무시는 분들은 고소공포증잇으신분들은 조금 무서울 수도.. 오르락 내리락 하기가 조금 불편해요 또 이불이 담요라서 조금 추울 수 있습니다 겨울엔. 하지만 전반적으로 좋아요!! 위치가 특히! 디아고날역이 큰 역이라서 사그라다 파밀리아, 까탈루냐 광장 팜플로나거리 등 바로 갈 수 있습니다. 그리고 까사밀라 근처가 다 조금 고급진? 그런 상점들이 많아서 치안도 되게 좋아요 늦게 돌아다니셔도 괜찮구요. 또 근처에 24시간 하는 슈퍼도 있어 식재료나 물 조달에 쉽습니다. 저는 이상한 또라이들이 마지막 날에 있어서 조금 불쾌했지만 시설이나 리셉션분들은 다 좋아요! 아 저는 1층 1번방? 여성전용 룸에서 묵었습니다. 한국분들도 많더군요 ㅎㅎ

Es un hostal para gentes que se adaptan a todo

El hostal más básico imposible, es para pernoctar sin más. Las puertas son pesadas y ruidosas y cada vez que una persona entra o sale pegan un golpe, lo que significa que si estás dormido te despiertan. No hay armarios, el suelo es de cemento y la limpieza más bien nula.

バスターミナルやサクラダファミリアなどの観光スポットへ歩いていける距離にあり、とても便利です。部屋やベッドもとても清潔です。部屋はオートロック、ベッドに鍵付きのロッカーが付いていて安全面に配慮されています。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。
