Not recommend
Booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms air conditioner don't work. It's summer so it's super hot and stuffy air. Can't sleep! They end up put a fan in a room and no fan for another. Day 2, they said they fixed it but obviously its not so 2 nights in a row no air conditioning. Super disappointed for a 4 stars hotel. (That's what they charge and claim on their website) finally they moved us to another 2 rooms after a serious negotiation and get 2 nights refund.
One of the morning we had breakfast at their restaurant, it was 9.30am and they said scrambled egg is finished. However, their breakfast time won't finish till 10.30am. A lot of guests are upset about that, so i talked to the hotel manager and requested scrambled egg. After 10min, they serve scrambled egg again and I saw at least 10 more guests come in between 9.30am and 10.30am. How can a 4 star hotel told guests scrambled egg is finished far from breakfast end time?!
We have no bath gel in our shower, instead, they put 2 shampoos. Not refill our box tissue.
One day one of us not feeling well and rest at hotel, when she felt better and leave the room at 3pm, she told the front desk they can make the room but they said housekeeping already gone home! Interesting! Not sure how they got their 4 stars. I won't recommend anyone to stay there.
The only positive part of the hotel is the location, it's close to Plaza Cataluna. Very convenient. But there are a lot of choice in that area value for money.
