Our stay was incredible - upon arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was a pleasant surprise! The suite was very spacious, with a large jacuzzi (although this wasn’t working) and another shower area. The decor around the hotel was very unique - especially the breakfast area/furniture and overall ambience.

My stay was very pleasant. The only issue i have with the heat in the room they turn on the heat i try to turn off my room’s but it was on default settings.

The hotel room was extremely dirty. Floor was dusty. The bathroom was filthy and smell of urine through the room. They didn’t mention there was a fee for parking until we checked out! Horrible place!!

The hotel is in the urban center of the city with narrow streets and a narrow approach to the underground garage. The parking lot is also narrow, but it is neat and clean. The hotel staff is polite and friendly.

We loved staying at this hotel. We stayed for almost 2 weeks due to our son’s soccer tournament. The front desk was very kind and due to the way we had booked our stay, upgraded us so we didn’t need to change rooms while we were there. Definitely would recommend.

I will be using this hotel again!
My son and I stayed for 3 nights over an F1 weekend. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, location is 30 mins away form the centre by foot but we felt safe. We had long days so little chance to sample the hospitality but the clientele looked happy. Beds are comfortable and had the best night sleep ever (possibly helped by 30k steps a day ;-) All very clean though there was lipstick on one of the glasses in our room and a small leak above a light fitting in the bathroom (305), which I didn't mention (my bad!). That said, I will be going back!!

4 Star? Not quite. Almost there though.
Staff was very attentive and helpful. Zero complaints there. Place was clean and well maintained. Some minor issues with safe and refrigerator in room not working, but staff resolved them in a timely fashion. Is it a 4 star hotel in my opinion? No. But they are almost there. Close to everything we wanted to do and we felt quite safe in the general area. Mostly quiet after dark as well. Overall a very good experience. I would stay again.

We love this hotel and have stayed often. Our family lives close to this location. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are fantastic. Very reasonable prices.

Great hotel and location
This was my second stay at this hotel (first stay in 2016). I highly recommend! There are restaurants and stores in all directions. Hotel is a short walk to metro station and a quick drive to the airport. The staff are friendly and welcoming. A staff member even helped me map out each metro trip I wanted to take. The room was incredibly clean and modern.
