I booked for the sake of having a laundry service. It was the main reason I booked. I prefer the location near gothic quarter with more restaurants and shops. The maid never came to clean our place on the third day.

The people were so nice. Threat help from the front desk when needed it. They could use to do some paint touch ups. But it was a great stay. Close to the metro and there a several markets just right there. If you need a thing or two. I would stay here again.

This was good for a longer stay. The room was clean and quiet. It was dark at night. Didn’t hear the usual hotel noise of other guests. Slept very well. Two twins pushed together which seems to be standard for Europe. Good thing was they didn’t slide apart so I was still able to sleep next to my husband. The sheets were so comfortable. The kitchen had the basics as far as pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. There is a small fridge, microwave, cooktop, but no vent. So you can’t get too crazy with cooking. There are several small markets nearby. Only critique was the slippery shower that spilled water all over the floor every time. It was incredibly hot so be careful! Front desk people were professional and helpful. Leave yourself a lot of time for laundry. The dryer takes forever to dry your clothes. We didn’t eat at the breakfast buffet since we got food to cook in the room for breakfast. Neighborhood was clean and an easy walk to two metro stations on different lines. This is not in the center of things which is good or bad depending on your needs but a quick metro ride away.

It was an Okay stay. We made the best of it but the hotel could use some improvements in many areas. The area however is located nearby a lot and everything is walking distance. 20-45 min walks will get you to some really amazing sights and areas if you’re looking to explore the local culture. The walk back is also fun if you decide to take another route you’re always going to find something new. The street art is very much alive everywhere you go and there are dozens of restaurants to explore so you’ll never be bored or lacking something to do. Overall, I wouldn’t expect much from the hotel other than a place to rest your head at night. But the area is a great place if you’re looking to explore Barcelona. Hope this helps you !

The hotel is close to a Metro stop and easy to find. Ahead of my stay, they contacted me to find out when I would be arriving in the city, and were able to offer me an early check in and access to my room when I arrived. I was happy with the service and helpful staff, and my room also met my expectations.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received. The representatives seemed uninformed about basic issues. To make matters worse, they were consistently not friendly specifically the 2 guys who had afternoon shifts , making the overall experience extremely unpleasant. They need to be more courteous.

I had understood that baths were in all the two-room suites. This was a misunderstanding on my part, but when I asked to change to a suite with a bath I got the impression the request was inconvenient. However, I was happy enough with the shower, and it was a very good one. A couple of other things: TV in bedroom wouldn't switch off, although it does switch off automatically after several hours. This didn't bother me, but it might bother others. Big quibble: the "double beds" are two single beds pushed together and covered with a sheet. This is obviously unacceptable and uncomfortable, but my extremely helpful cleaner offered me a proper double mattress, and this solved the problem. Hotel: double beds must be proper double beds, even if it costs a bit more. The quiet in the room was EXCELLENT - no noise at all, and this wasn't coincidence as I was there eight nights and there was pretty much zero disturbance. I would return on this fact alone. The kitchen is also very good. The locaton is...OK. A bit far from the centre, but if you can learn to love the metro you'll be fine.

A more quiet residential area. Nice clean and good size apartment style hotel suite. Not a lot of restaurants close by but if you want 15-20 minutes in either direction, there will be some amenities.

If you are going with kids, the room set up can be a struggle. The bathroom is through the main bedroom. Which is tough. Especially in the middle of the night. There is almost no where to eat close to the hotel. We are people who walk, so it wasn't a huge deal. But there was no running out to grab something. Bigger issues were: 1 - the smell of raw sewage that wafted out of the bathroom. It was very strong. 2 - The internet was terrible. Weak, dropped all the time, frequently with the message "not connected to the internet". We had to drop the network to use LTE on our phones often. The staff are friendly enough. The place was clean overall. I would not stay here again though.

The staff were so nice. It matters to me most when staff are nice and answers most,if not all, of our questions. If i can remember, Mario was the one who checked as in and was polite, answered all our questions in English. Please thank him and the rest of the staff. The room we were in was clean. Amenities are okay. The water in the shower,however, has 'unregulated' temperature. It would have warm water then will turn to cold after. The bathroom floor is also a bit slippery. But these are just minor inconvenience for us. For the price we paid, this hotel did not disappoint us.

Great place to stay. GREAT AC! I was so worried that the AC was gonna be bad but it was great. Kept us cool the entire time and was true AC. Breakfast was so delicious every morning with many options. Room was spacious and quiet. Only downside was no wash rags and no conditioner but you can always bring your own. I’d definitely stay here again!

Well located to a few stations…a casual diner just round the corner which seems to be serving good food and drinks. But seems the sound proofing in the living room was not good as loud noises could be heard from level 5 from the bar below though we could not hear it from the bedroom. Staff were friendly and helpful with our questions and when our stove was faulty. Complimentary daily laundry at the self service laundromat was very helpful.

Overal a happy stay
Good experience overall. Hotel contacted me a few days before check-in to welcome us and ask for any specific details related to our booking. They provided us with the requested 2 single bed option. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Very pleased to find Malin and Goetz toiletries. Cleanness of the appartement could improve, there were hairs on the decorative pillows and in the bathroom but further we were very happy with the appartement and would come back again.
