The property is clean, and staff is all nice the front desk, bar tender, housekeepers, room service and servers in the breakfast area. Definitely recommend this place it is a bit further our from the center but walking distance from the metro or bus station

Okay hotel. The rooms were newly renovated but you can tell where they cut corners. The room was a little dirty. Hair everywhere including the bathtub. Dust on the walls and baseboards. Decent stay for the one night we were in Barcelona before our cruise started. Location was decent. It was close to the cruise ship port.

Very clean and tidy, even with renovation going on. Helpful stay. Only thing I world recommend is to get a new toasting machine. Takes about 10 minutes to toast bread.

Wonderful stay
Good size room and excellent buffet breakfast. We had a problem with water pressure in the shower and problem was fixed when we returned to the hotel. Location is a away from the La Rambler area but there is a shipping mall within 5 minutes of walking from hotel.

Property was really good but the problem was trying to sleep cuz they have people in the place with a party till 4 am that we can’t sleep for the noise

Comfortable stay
Comfortable stay with easy connection with a city (but it takes around 30-35 minutes) and airport by bus. Loved the luxury smell of the hotel!

Best hotel stay.
The hotels and rooms are immaculate. Very modern, clean and spacious. However, the staff are the most professional, kindest, friendliest and deserving of a mention as they made my stay at this hotel wonderful. Thank you to the lovely Reception staff for their warmth.
