「Didn’t use the business facilities 」

「We called the first night and asked for extra blankets and were told they were out and we could be provided with an extra sheet. The next morning we went to breakfast at 9:10 and there were crumbs left when it was supposed to end at 9:30. That night we stopped by the front desk on our way in to ask for some towels because we did not allow the staff in our room while we were away and were told they were out of towels. Once we got to our room I was making up my bed to get in it and I noticed there...

「Room was very clean, Staff was extremely nice even stopping to talk to my 2 year old who could babble for hours, breakfast was amazing even though it was a small area it was filled with things to choose from. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely stay again.」
