「The property was very new and very clean! Breakfast was quite good and offered a good variety.」

「I was able to book this property through Expedia, but when I arrived the young lady at the front said they were sold out. So it’s not really the properties fault for the low rating」

「The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay.」

「Parking is located in a parking garage across the street from hotel. I was traveling alone and returning to hotel late on a Friday night. I did not feel safe parking in the garage and walking to hotel.」

「There were a ton of homeless people outside the building, but the security measures were very strong and the facilities were extremely clean and safe. The parking was additional which was frustrating. Otherwise the staff and amenities were stellar.」

「It was clean for the most part but don’t look to close cause it definitely needs a deep clean. But then to start it was a busy weekend but I don’t care you know ahead if you are fully booked. They had NO towels and gave us hands towels to use for showers, no pool towels, ran out of TP, and part of the weekend NO breakfast cause they ran out of supplies! We are paying for the amenities so I expect to have them. Go drive to Walmart or call a sister hotel to get more supplies . I’m not usually hard...

「My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.」

「I didn’t like the bathroom it was way to small and you could hear everything next door」

「I will never stay there again Ice machine didn’t work. After asking about it I was told “sorry it was frozen up” that I could go to the third floor for ice. Not acceptable The whole front of the air conditioner was detached and laying on the floor on the other side of the bed. The coffee maker was missing the tray to put the coffee in so it didn’t work. There were rolliepollie bugs in the bathroom and on the floor. There was missing grout on the bathroom floor and the whole place smelled....

「The rooms were dirty with dilapidated furniture. Sheets were too small for the bed. Toilet barely flushed and the bathroom lights had a short. The pool was closed. We ended up leaving to stay with family rather than sleep there.」

「We showed up for our check in only to find that they had given our room to someone else and were sold out for the night. No refund issued. 」
