「Overall the property was very clean and everything was brand new. Great location and close walk to every where. Only down fall was the kitchen didn't have as many pots and pans if you wanted to cook a family meal. The iron was not working but we got a replacement the next day. The ceiling in the bedroom upstairs was quite low and became quite warm. The property does not have air con except for a fan in the living room. We took an additional fan with us which helped. I would recommend this...

「The first thing we noticed was how clean the place was. The apartment was exactly how the pictures showed. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were some games and playing cards, books about the area and a nice map to get your bearings. It’s super close to all the amenities. One thing to bear in mind, this is an older building so you will hear the people above you. 「Photos showed a room with a view. We were allocated a basement room with no view at all. Noise at below parking level was horrendous. I contacted pure serviced to try cancel our 2nd night for a refund. Their response was to refuse , and to offer a white noise machine to combat the noise! If I could offer zero stars, I would. I will never book another pure service property again, & suggest you do the same. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Nowhere on my booking did it state id...

「Booked as a self-contained room thinking it had a kitchen. It did - shared by the rest of the rooms on the floor. Hmmm. It felt like an institution - a key card to get through a barred gate, then again to enter the building, once more to enter the floor and finally a fourth time to enter the room. 「The house is spotlessly clean and it’s very well laid out , from arriving and getting key ( a lovely lady answered the bell and advised how to get the key ) . You get in as is very clean , it has 4 double rooms and one shared shower/toilet , very impressive with the lay out . I would 100% recommend and book again」
