Enjoyed my stay in Banya! No info was provided at check-in. However, it is a small hotel so it was easy to navigate and find out for oneself where the facilities were. We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good.
