「I had a great stay at Location Alabin Hotel. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, within easy walking distance of Sofia's main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly, responsive, and very communicative before and during my stay. Check-in was smooth, despite me arriving 1:30 am. The room was nice, and everything was clean and well maintained. It offered excellent value for money and was a great base for exploring the city. My only suggestion for...

The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「Before I mention the bad, let me say that the breakfast and location are good. We stayed at this location for 3 nights. Found out after the first night that room AC was not working. Was a scorching 30+ celsius outside and inside temp would not drop below 27 celsius. Informed staff on 3 occasions about the AC not working in the room. They sent people up twice and claimed it was just the settings that were off on the thermostat. Settings were NOT wrong. Please verify the AC unit itself...
