"I have stayed at this hotel before. The location is close Soekarno-Hatta International airport. The hotel is nice and the hotel staff is friendly. The room and bathroom is clean. However, I am a bit disapointed this morning with the attitude & service of the Porte restaurant staff. "

"Very convenient, it's right inside the terminal. A bit of a struggle to get the TV to work (seems to have only streaming services) but not a big deal. Room and staff are very good."
