「A lovely buffet breakfast was provided just for us. Staff were very friendly.」

「Location-wise, not very convenient to be accessible to the downtown area. Also, the cable TV kept breaking down. However, the room is big.」

「酒店不错，只是早餐实在没法吃，希望能改善一下」

「It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? Overall it’s a beautiful hotel but I can’t believe this happened to me and I am only hoping now that I can get my deposit back!!! I could have argued with the girl but I don’t want this stupid...

「Emplacement idéal, prise en charge à l'hôtel, personnel excellent pour nous accompagner à l'aéroport. Prix raisonnable avec petit-déjeuner inclus.」

「I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「I liked they offered us airport shuttle during check in, that made things really smooth for us next day since it was an early flight.」

「Good road Hotel on my way through town, would use again.」

「設備老舊，冷氣沒有開放使用」

「Good location」

「旅館就在central railway station地鐵站出口，有提供免費停車，到索菲亞主要景點走路或搭車都很方便。」

「Excellent location, close to public transport, major tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. Spacious room in particular the bathroom. Quiet room as only 5 rooms on one level but the air conditioning is very noisy. Had to switch off during sleep.」

「Overall experience was great. I stayed 7 nights Location is not bad. Great breakfast.」
