The great position

The room was not perfectly clean. However, it was not too dirty. Acceptable. But the best was during breakfast, and the servers didn´t care. If you wanted smt, you should call them because they were chatting and smoking around the corner. They were indeed very polite, but anyway...

Untrained stuff the room was very old fashioned and cheap, the bed was horrendous some of the lights weren’t working one of the bath tubs didint have hot water, you get the picture find somewhere better.........................

Des travaux ont eu lieu pendant le séjour et pas une compensation de proposée seulement un mot « désolé pour le dérangement » Chambre pas très bien isolée si vous avez l’ouïe sensible vous entendrez la route Lit qui couine quand on bouge de position Pour moi il n’y a que le nom de palace mais pas la qualité

The location was good, although it was right next to a night club and was very noisy at night. The hotels restaurant smelt very much like cigarette smoke and the breakfast was not good. We bought it with breakfast included but had to pay extra for the drinks, and the water was tap water. The bathroom was nice and clean but the overall arrangement of the room was not great.

Best value and place in Banja Luka city center. Staffs are fabulous, breakfast buffet is fantastic and you can’t imagine such a nice room at this price in Balkans
