Sorry to bother you this property is not even 2 star. Stinks every where smoking. Even in the rooms. Even bedding was stinking smoking. There target to pump money out of you, no service.

　街の中心部(2km)とバスターミナル・鉄道駅(600m)の間にある。バスターミナルからの交通手段があまり良くなさそうなので、すぐに徒歩で行けて助かった。 　部屋はアップグレードされたのか、ベッドが大きく、バルコニー付きだったけれど、デスクと椅子がなったため、レストランのものを貸してもらった。 　朝食付きにしたけれど、ごく一般的なビュッフェ式で、地方色はなかったけれど必要十分の内容だった。 　利用はしていないけれど、食事のルームサービスもあって、便利かもしれない。

Charmigt hotell med bra frukost

Perfekt läge ca 25 min promenad från city, Hotellet erbjuder fri parkering som är bra med hyrbil.Bra service på hotellet och hjälpsamma även om engelskan inte är den bästa. Bra frukost som innehöll mycket och kändes fräsch. Det enda minuset var att vi fick ett mindre rum än beställt men det löste sig snabbt

Ruhige Lage

Die Lage war für Menschen, welche gerne spazieren super ! Ein Supermarkt, Coffee und ein Park waren gleich in der Nähe. Die Betten waren bequem. Personal freundlich Beim Check Out gab es Probleme, da wir mit einer Kreditkarte gebucht haben, wollte das Hotel uns nicht gehen lassen ohne zu bezahlen. So mussten wir erneut die Kreditkarte angeben. Hoffentlich wird das Ganze nicht 2 mal abgebucht. Kommunikation mit Expedia ist in die Wege geleitet worden.

ho trovato l'hotel confortevole, il personale molto gentile. la prima mattina a colazione avevo chiesto dei croissant perchè non ce ne erano, il giorno successivo il portiere è andato a comperarli e me li ha portati. un servizio così gentile non mi era mai capitato. l'hotel si trova in zona centrale, molto vicino al centro storico. posso dire di essere soddisfatto del soggiorno a Banjia Luka.
