Sarbina of Guest Relations has spent extra thoughts in decorating our room before we checked in the hotel. We are very pleased with the brilliant decoration. We have tried the 2 restaurants Shang Palace and Bord Eau and in both restaurants, food and services are super awesome.」

I also like the easiest accessibility to countless restaurants and the connection to the Abu Dhabi mall. The staff was amazing providing additional water and allowing me to check out late. 「One of the best hotels in the world. Top comfort and top safety. We got the connecting rooms for a family of 4. Rooms were very functional and spacious compared to other hotels. Morning and dinner Buffet were excellent. BBQ included in buffet and available outside. Accessing the restaurants, spa, gym , pools and beach were very easy and fast. Valet Parking available for free」
