「I was travelling with my nephew and niece, aged 13 & 10 respectively, and stopped over for two nights after touring London. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed. 「Helpful, friendly staff. There were lots of animal interactions available for reasonable prices. The rooms were older but clean. It was nice to see the animals after sundown when most zoo guests had left for the day. A very fun experience. 」

「房間似閒置了很久，入住前又沒有再安排清潔一次..地下非常污穢，部份燈泡壞了又沒更換，正常枕頭及墊枕應該各有2個，但得一個正式枕頭及2個墊枕，留字叫房務清潔時給我一個及更換房內燈泡..完全沒做。及後打去reception叫取才送上，亦無hair dryer提供。窗簾看似就甩掉似的..都不敢用力拉埋。 但位置很好，check in/check out服務非常有禮貌。免費停車場出入很方便。」

The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. 」
