"Our executive room was quite spacious and kept clean during our stay, although the faucet in the washroom kept twisting every time we changed the temperature of the water. Also surprised that there was only one outlet in this large room. The staff from the ground floor to check-in on the 11th to breakfast buffet on the 12th floor were all polite and helpful. The bar/pool/lounge areas on the 11th floor exudes a nice level of sophistication. Breakfast included basic Asian and western staples, which is fine for starting the day. The most disappointing thing to note was the exterior which is filled with merchants engaged in wholesale of textiles and apparel. The only way to get around was with the Grab app, which was crucial for our travels in Bangkok. All in all, a good value for our stay."
"Great stay, the staff are so welcoming especially the person who checked us in and they also gave us a customized thank you postcard. We will definitely come back again. The hotel is just next to riva arun pier to go to wat pho pier for cheap and nice view. It's situated in the old part of bangkok in which I really like and they are next to two michelin restaurant in which you definitely need to try. By night you will see the wat pho lighted "
"Fantastic room, great service all week and very clean. The price of this hotel makes it and the location. Staff are very friendly and always want to help."
"The room was exceĺlent. But most important was the staff..they were warm, friendly., helpful, and did a lot for us, including callijng the airline for our delayed luggage. Truly wonderful people. "
