Disliked: Amenities
The place was okay, just the basics. They require you to make a damage deposit in cash which was annoying because I came late at night straight from the airport. The cleaners were very friendly. The door men did their job when it felt convenient haha. Overall it was an okay stay if you are just in and out.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get around. Overall, excellent value and service.☺️

Dislike: the bathrooms were a little cramped and the room that they allotted for three people were really only suitable for two. Likes: The staff were very helpful, the property was very clean. They provided tea and coffee sachets and a hot water dispenser in the lobby, a free reading area, strong internet and snacks as well as a dispenser from where we could fill our water bottles. They also ran a free shuttle thuktuk to a few places of interest every couple of hours. Over all, a great stay except for the slightly cramped bathrooms. The location is amazing. There is a beauty parlour, a massage parlour, a restaurant and a couple of ATMs attached to the hotel. It is a few feet away from a 7 Eleven and right next to multiple restaurants as well as street food stalls. The front desk has someone around the clock to help you with your queries and check in.
