It was a little difficult to find, which proved to be a bit of a hassle, what should have been a 5 minute taxi journey turned out to be over an hour, We tried google maps, and apple maps one pin was in a pond!! This coupled with the fact they were too busy to answer the phone to give directions to our cab driver didn't make for the greatest of starts to our visit.
The Receptionist seemed a little flustered upon our arrival, and explained she had just been checking 7 guests in upstairs. My girlfriend had just had an operation, so after the one hour taxi debacle we just wanted to check in quickly.
Very impressed with the quality of the rooms, very pleasing on the eye, all fitted out to a very high standard.
Ordered some room service, it was swift and the food was excellent.
They also comped the food bill as an apology for the checkin problems.
I'm guessing the hotel is quite new, so I would expect a few teething problems, another was that we went to order from the nighttime menu 10pm-6am as it was stated on the menu, only to be told that there was none.
In the morning the receptionist was aware of the problem and when we asked for a late check out, they gave us a complimentary stay.
Overall the hotel shows a lot of promise and although a few mistakes were made, they were keen to rectify the problems and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
I would recommend a stay and we will be returning in a weeks time
