Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Was given a room upgrade to junior suite and front desk helped a lot when I needed to visit a hospital on the day of check-out, holding my room for me an extra hour. Rooms are very clean and nicely laid out and breakfast options are good. The only minor letdown is that there's no porter/luggage help when checking in, which is a bit strange for a hotel of this class. I don't mind taking my own cases up to my room, but most 4 & 5 star hotels in Bangkok will have some form of porter service. There's none at Triple Two.
