Stylish, friendly service and good location.
Beautiful spacious rooms, including an espresso machine. Distinguished, non-generic room design. Top bathroom. Great TV with plenty of international programs. Very nice and helpful staff. Unless one needs a great view, one can't expect much more from a hotel in this price range.

The staff was very good and helped us out when we need them with the smell of smoke in our room upon arrival. They went out of their way to help. If you area no-smoker DO NOT stay on the 2nd floor as half of it is smoking and it drifts to your room. Otherwise all was great.

Very very friendly n helpful staff Hotel is kept clean and pleasant, it’s a gem in bustling bangkok and her location is in a very local area with market nearby and lots of small eateries

Place was about 10-15 min walk from BTS sky train and very close to main area for street food which was convenient. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean, comfy and very spacious. Felt more like an apartment studio which was nice.

3rd time here, doesn't disappoint.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Was given a room upgrade to junior suite and front desk helped a lot when I needed to visit a hospital on the day of check-out, holding my room for me an extra hour. Rooms are very clean and nicely laid out and breakfast options are good. The only minor letdown is that there's no porter/luggage help when checking in, which is a bit strange for a hotel of this class. I don't mind taking my own cases up to my room, but most 4 & 5 star hotels in Bangkok will have some form of porter service. There's none at Triple Two.

Pleasant stay at Triple Silom
The check in was prompt and the front desk was particularly courteous and helpful. The location is excellent and not far from most points of interest with a short walk to the sky station.

Our preferred stay when visiting Thailand. The room is spacious and the hotel decor is very nice. Centrally located next to restaurants and stores. The staff were very accommodating. Good internet connections. Would stay there again.

Stay three night but didnt make up my room on one of the day. The main switch for the room switches off the power plugs as well, so my handphone was not charging. No flexible hose for standing bath. Sound proof for the room was poor, you can hear guest walking and talking in the corrider. Breakfast choices is limited.

Area of Silom Toad has lots going on and walking distance to Sky Bar (note very smart clothes required to go. We wanted just to check it out but we weren’t allowed to in shorts). Street food just a couple of mins away. We are in a fabulous family run restaurant about 15 mins walk called Zabbanglove. Contemporary and smart interior. Friendly, lovely young waitress served us. Food was the best we’ve eaten so far in Thailand.

A wonderful hotel! Very attentive staff. Huge room with beautiful bathroom; plenty of amenities and a good location. Great breakfast with many options.

Great Hotel and so comfortble
Love this Hotel, we always stay here when we go to Bangkok. The staff are amazing and it is a really good Hotel, very comfortable and affordable. I like my comforts and never have an issue here. Relatively close to everything this is definitely a not just a good Hotel it represents value for money to me and the room service charges are extremely competitive and not overly expensive. Food in the Cafe is excellent as the breakfast menu is good . Highly recommended

Calm oasis of luxury
Staff are attentive and friendly. Breakfast is extensive; a lot of choices. The property is in great condition and the rooms spacious and luxurious. Calm atmosphere after a hectic day in the city. Bed super comfortable. Japanese style toilet in large bathroom with full-sized bathtub.
