Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at the Raya hotel. The staff are all so nice and were very helpful with our stay in Bangkok. I would highly recommend staying at the Raya Hotel!

Noise and internet issues

Great location and staff and rooms are clean and well designed. However, internet at the hotel is terrible and also there is a lot of construction noise on one side of the hotel where they are building a new condo development.

Large sign at front door should say " lobby on 5th floor. I know there is a sign outside, way bove the door area. No one looks up they look at the entrance. Thanks to the doorman who told me to go to 5th floor. Largeste room size I havehad in Thaland. Very professional staff from the doorman, front desk ladys ad most of all my room keeper. She was so helpful and good at her job.

A very nice clean hotel, with friendly staff. The Suite is big, with a separate bedroom and living/dining area. It has a full fridge, mirowave, stove and some dishes, cutlery. And very affordable when booked well ahead of time. It is right in the middle of an area with lots of restaurants, near Patpong Night market and a few minutes walk to BTS and MRT Sala Daeng. stations. Couple of smaller things to note: Unfortunately, they don't have a rack to put your luggage on, so you have to keep your bag(s) on the floor. Also, there is no warm water in the batroom sink. Small issues, considering everything else is great.
