Not really a 5 star hotel. Rooms are smaller than rooms in New York City. The walls are super thin, you hear all conversations/noises in the rooms next to you. Main restaurant was being renovated which moved the breakfast buffet. Selection and service was lacking. I had to switch rooms because my air conditioning stopped working. There are better hotels just steps away, choose them instead.

Relaxing Stay

Hotel is very convenient and very near to Terminal 21 shipping mall and Bangkok public transport BTS and MRT. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Swimmimg pool is rather small. Breakfast selection is good, love their crispy bacon. Room is clean and of descent size Hotel had very nice decoration during Halloween period

Easy excess from asok bts & Sukhumvit mrt to hotel. Hotel does not have slope for luggage and wheelchair accessible. Breadfast not many varieties. But noodles always change. Room is big and toliet too. Bed is either king or two single beds. Was given 2 bedroom linked. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
