The room was impressive with a great kitchenette and bathroom. The rooftop pool area is a great spot to catch the sun all through the day. Soi 33 is well located and is close to many of the new shopping malls. Soi 33 also has many street food vendors serving food all day long, so you can easily buy the street food and eat it in your room using the dining table and kitchen facilities. The negatives are that my room smelt of smoke, my food waste wasn't removed when the room was cleaned, the pool is in disrepair, and often no towels were available at the poolside.

The staff were polite, the room was comfortable and spacious, and the hotel is located in a good area near several restaurants, a mall, and a skytrain stop

Very convenient hotel with nice rooms in the middle of the Sukhumvit area, 5 minute walk to BTS station, shopping malls, and plenty of dining/bar options near by

Awesome value for the money. Rooms very big and modern. Very clean too. Not the best view on the lower floors. But during lockdown. At least there's patio chairs to sit outside. With cover from the rain.

So glad we have found this hotel! Receptionists were lovely and made us feel very welcomed. Our room was in the new building and wow when we walked in it was amazing especially for the price we paid the room was so clean the bath was great the bed was very comfortable breakfast was great too, thank you so much we will definitely come back :)

Can't go wrong with the price

They have added a new building on this property, it is new, nice and clean but I like the old one better. Ps. we stayed at the new building this time. We would book here again but prefer the old building.

Horrible service n staff..they charge for the rollaway bed which is okay but they were adamant to not remove the additional charge of 300 bahts which was added for breakfast with the bed inspite of my brother who left at 5.30am without having the breakfast.he joined in the trip for a day.after requesting the hotel multiple times n telling them why to pay when u have not consumed their stern reply was u signed the voucher so nothing much we can do..also for small aspects like loaning a extra umbrella they wanted deposit n a sign on voucher.for an extra spare key which if u misplace the charge is a massive 500 baht for a key that costs around 20 baht to make..all in all too many other charges n services too pathetic..would never recommend after travelling to 30 plus countries this is a worst possible hotel I have stayed in

Safe for solo travelers
Good hotel, very friendly staff, nice rooms, however the A/C in my room was very noisy. Pool area and gym was nice. Very safe area. Did not try the breakfast.

Short stay in Bangkok
Hotel was good location as a short trip via taxi or train to other areas. Hotel was nice and staff were friendly. Not so keen on the area itself, it was a bit intense and harassed all the time. Would only stay for a few nights.

Good location hotel, large rooms.
This hotel is in a good location, rooms are big (I especially like that there is a living room and a bed room, this is great when travelling with child and one parent wants to sleep). One complaint is that the Internet access is a bit slow, you only get 3 megabit/s. Otherwise, it's a bit dated but everything works ok.

Nice Location Hotel
We arrived and checked in without anything challenges. The room was spacious and clean. I wish the mattress was softer, it was a bit firm for us but over all it was a nice and comfortable stay. This hotel located in a quite quarter but lots of activities once you headed out to the street. Staffs were nice and helpful. Always open the door for us whether we go in or out. Will stay here again.
