Staff & service -when check in, one of the staff (a guy) ask me to WAIT, after 30min later, no one come to me for check in, i dont know they ask me to wait for wat, then i no mood to ask a gal for check in, she is very nice, i like her, and very fast she settle all for me. Cleanliness -so far so good, toilet dont have exhaust fan, after bath very hot and stuffy. -when open aircond, its very smelly, please check for it

New and comfy hotel
Located at a good spot in Pratunam. New and clean. Just that the walls were really thin and you could hear everything outside your door. Left my luggage at the concierge but when I collected back my luggage I received a dented luggage handle and now I have a spoilt luggage because the handle cannot be kept back. Staff can improve on their handling skills. Otherwise, a comfy hotel.

A busy hotel 5-7min walk away from main road and BTS station. The hotel has a local free shuttle service however about half the time the shuttle was broken down or the driver wasn't there!. The rooms were fine although the sound proofing could be better from the corridors could be better. There is a small fridge, kettle, hairdryer in the room and the hotel gives daily bottles of drinking water. The AC worked well. TV was not good for English channels. There is a GOOD on-site massage service which operates from 11am - 1pm. Prices were comparable to the high street and they even had a discount (happy hour!) from 11am - 6pm. Breakfast was fine (not a huge choice but it was ok) however it was almost the same every day. All the staff were really good and friendly. Overall a fair choice for the price paid and I would consider coming here again.

Shower room- Shower head cannot remove. Room service- they just pull the bed sheet and prepare the bed. But still found my used shirt under the blanket. lol. - No fridge in the room. Only have wine chiller. - And their Tuk Tuk service. Don't reline on it. Actually can walk to the drop off location. Driver give attitude when asked for service.it the first time meeting him and asking him. I am not sure why is he angry with us or that the way he is. Other staff are friendly and helpful.

First, value for money? 10/10! Compared to other properties nearby, the amount we paid via Expedia is way below the average daily rate for hotels in the vicinity. Which is why when we got in the hotel, we were absolutely impressed with the room - everything looked new, smelled fresh (no suspicious smells), all the sheets and towels looked new, and the walls have great finishing. The bathroom looked really clean, fresh, and very inviting. The location is also great for us. It's surrounded by private houses and hotels so the area is quiet and clean, but at the same time a couple of minutes walk to some shops, restaurants, and a mall. Only issue we found was a single strand of long hair on the new towel, some dust below the night lamp, and some juice (?) stains and hair on the floor below the bed (which we only discovered when we moved the bed, so not really a big deal for us). Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel and book it again when we come back to Bangkok!

When I checked out, I was suspected by receptionist that I smoked at balcony, although I never smoke in my life. When I was enter into my room after checked in, I smelled cigarette but it was not allowable. It was so embarrassed and I will never choose this hotel.

Terrible room. Bed sheet with stain. Room very smelly and old. Not clean. Even no toothbrush provided. No room to change so I just directly check out and change hotel.Wasted time and money.

連續入住期間,發生大廳服務員,給其他房客重複跟我一樣的房號跟房卡
地板,床舖都有髮絮。接駁車一個細瘦黑的駕駛,態度惡劣。連續住5天,在中間發生早上6點有人拿房卡要開門,還好有鎖內鎖。查問得知,大廳重複給房間號碼跟房卡。真是可怕的住宿經驗

Sehr neues schönes Hotel
Wir waren nur eine Nacht da aber waren sehr zufrieden. Der Check In funktionierte schnell und problemlos das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist eher klein aber da wir das einzige Auto dort waren, war es überhaupt kein Problem. Der Empfang ist sehr neu und sauber genau wie die Zimmer. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und es ist ein großer TV im Zimmer der WLAN empfang ist auch gut. Im Badezimmer stehen alle Sachen die man braucht zur Verfügung neue Zahnbürsten shampoo duschgel usw... Ein guter Aufenthalt
