I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful. Even let me check in hours earlier. Pool was small but refreshing on the hot days. The room was very clean and cookware available with microwave. I definitely would return.

It looks s a nice clean hotel, the room was spacious and had a refrigerator which was nice. There’s a mall with a large food court that’s about a 10 minute walk.

The room is clean, but the shower head needs to be updated. The entrance from soi 39 is hard to see because the sign is a little small.

Room was clean. But bathroom smelly and air-con not clean, resulting in smelly not healthy air. Also the bed sheet had a hole.

Location and value for money. Very clean.
I liked the location and value for money but it was very difficult to find the place. The sign on the street is so small and there is no name written on the building. Taxi went back and forth 4 times to finally find that place.

Hotel was good only not many eateries near by and quite Long walk for people who are unable to walk for long.

Small, Clean, Cheap room for biz travellers.
It is good to stay for business trip only not for leisure or something like that. very cheap and clean room. Do not expect a hotel grade facilities. In the front, I think they are not good at English so you may have some issues if you request something special. the desk will be served only 08:00 to 22:00 keep in mind. There are only few restaurants and spa, massage shops so if you want to use these, you may go to others and then back to your room. it takes around 10minute walk from BTS.

Clean and Quiet Hotel.
The stay is generally ok . Overall, the atmosphere is so quiet . However, it's not so close to the main alley . Hence, you have to walk out for a while to call taxi or reach BTS station . One more thing is The lobby closes after 10 PM. Thus, it will not be ok for guests who would like to check-in after 10 PM or ask for any help from office at midnight .

Comfortable, inexpensive hotel in a good location.
Our stay in Sereine was comfortable. We were there only for one night and left early in the morning so we can't comment on the breakfast, but the room was very comfortable, with a good size bathroom with a separate shower enclosure. There was a kettle for tea/coffee, and also a microwave oven - something that you don't usually find in even expensive hotels. The location is ideal for shopping, with a large mall nearby.

They messed up our booking but promptly gave us a free upgrade for the 5 nights we were there. The only thing missing would be room service and the gym/pool are a little small to be used. But overall a great experience as we were walking distance to the BTS and emporium/em quartier which had a ton of food and shopping.

Reception needs to be trained better. Most of the time there is nobody at the reception. There is hardly any toiletries in the bathroom. No refreshments in the room fridge either. All rooms have balconies. Location wise, 10min walk to Phrong Phom BTS on Sukhumvit. Lots of places to eat around hotel. All within a 3min walk. Situated in a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood.

I stayed at Sereine during my business trip for 18days and it felt like home. I enjoyed the minimal design of the place as well as the wide windows in the room that allowed large amount of sunlight into the room. Location was great as well, plently of food around the area and just a short walk to the BTS!

スクンビット通りから近くBTSプロンポン駅にも徒歩7分位と行動しやすいロケーションです。39通りから40m位奥に入っているので車の音も聞こえず静かなホテルです。スタッフも親切で感じがいいです。部屋も綺麗に清掃されています。宿泊費もリーズナブルでお勧めです。朝食が無いのが残念ですが隣に美味しい日本食が食べれる食堂があるので心配無いです。

アップグレードしていただきたいへん快適に過ごすことができました。ホテル内の移動（エレベーター,ドアキー）にはカードキーが必要なのでセキュリティは良いがカードキーが一枚なので一人が在室一人が外出がということができない。せめて2枚ほしい。クローゼットにハンガーがない。次回は持参しようと思う。一階に「GRAM」というコーヒー＆レストランがオープン。可愛い女性がオーナーですよ。おいしいコーヒーいただきました。プロンポンの駅も近い。ファミリーマートのすぐ、漫画喫茶のお弁当もおいしい。場所はちょっとわかりにくいが通り沿いではないので静かです。ここをバンコクの常宿に決めました。
