Pro: Great location to transportation, malls and central location, away from the buzzing streets yet nearby by foot, lots of space and storage, friendly staffs and some great cafes nearby Cons: Dusty, pillow too soft (neck hurts), water pressure for shower and tap isn't stable (water heater too), lacks some basic items like toothbrush etc and spider web and water leakage on wall/ceiling pant. Toilet has a foul smell too.

We arrived late and the staff who checked us in was very helpful. The room was okay but they could have made the sofa clean as there were spots on it and could have changed the shower curtains as the lower part was not that clean.

Great deal, close to Lumpini park.
I really liked this hotel. It’s small but the staff was friendly and the room was clean. There were some ants in my room, but I left food out, so that’s probably my fault. It was still a great hotel for the price.

I like staying at S-bloc as 4th stay bit apt # 302 is a bit tired with some Water damage at the dresser and ceiling. Apt on the 2nd floor in better condition.

It's in a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of the city. But is a short walk to public transportation. Nice little apartment, well maintained.

Location is great, very close to transportation. Apartment is also clean and tidy with great amenities. Staffs are also friendly and super helpful. However the chic room is in need of a revamp, a coat of new paint will definitely get rid of that old feel. Otherwise this is a fantastic place highly recommended to all travellers.

Fast and fuss-free early check-in. Room was clean and as expected based on the photo. This was their smallest suite and older one too compared to the other three rooms but is still in good condition. Excellent location not too far from the BTS and MRT, just off the main drag on Silom where all the nightlife are located. Food are plentiful and cheap around this area. Would recommend it!

Nice but a bit of maintenance required
This is more a serviced apartment than a hotel room. A nice size. No overnight service. No passing traffic at night. Very close to good restaurants, shopping and transport. Free laundry downstairs. No lift. It would have been very funky when finished a few years ago but a few tired edges now, water stains on walls and on the couch. Not much to fix and it would make a real difference.

The room itself was nice enough but not like the picture. I wanted an upscale place centrally located hotel with good service and a good restaurant. There was no restaurant and not much of a reception desk therefore we could not ask questions or book tours or taxis. It was next to a major night market in Bangkok and close to a big shopping mall.

Beautiful little apartment with everything you need. Air con, safe, shower, kitchen, WiFi. Could be hard to find if you haven’t done your homework but google maps will help you. If they are not at the property when you arrive they are next door and will give you your key. A very very pretty apartment in the heart of Bangkok and I will recommend with ease

Very nice place.
I loved this place. The bed was super comfortable. It's an out of the way place, so you have to walk to find food and store. But it's only a couple of blocks away from the subway station. I would go back.

easily accessible and feel like home
just few mins walk away from Sala Daeng BTS station, which easily connect to other place. just call to check in after 6pm as there's no receptionist available. room sometime having some wet smelly, two aircond a room is awesome! beat the heat of Bangkok. just the sound proof of the door is not, but it's ok since not many people in and out.

The unit is statefully decorated and at a great location. Check in was efficient and a bonus was the washing machine and drier at reception. My only reservations are it can be quite noisy when their is a function at the downstairs restaurant and I would recommend that they add more crockery and cutlery- we were 3 people snd had 2 mugs, forks and 1 teaspoon.

The comforts of home
I highly recommend this as an alternative to hotels in the area. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped including full kitchen utensils and accessories, nice bathroom amenities including awesome bodwash, and a home-away-from-home experience living amongst locals in a side street. Super clean, super comfort, hassle-free check-in with unobtrusive staff, a secure building and a really colourful neighbourhood. Hole in the wall coffee shop out front with nice guys serving, and a street that turns into a morning market selling all sorts of interesting things. Even with this, inside its calm and quiet and at night the area is completely peaceful. Great value for money.

Nice staff, but the toilet is EXTREMELY SMELLY. Also, there are some ants on the table and on the kitchen side. The room is comfort, but the smell just make us wanna vomit.

Best guesthouse ever:)
My first time staying at S Bloc and I'm very satisfied with almost everything about this guesthouse, but if the curtain can change to dark color will be perfect because the current curtain was in white and it's kind of bright early in the morning. I will book here again in future if there's room available for me as it only have 4 rooms.
