Nice stay!

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was ok in the room except not very sound proof. Location was great as well. Was also pleasantly surprise that there was complimentary dessert served when we check out too. :)

Excellent service! Metz Pratunam Hotel has always been my go-to place whenever I am travelling to Bangkok because of the strategic location for a tourist to commute and shop. The staff was really helpful and friendly during our check-in and check-out session. In fact, one of the male staff speaks really good English so language isn't even a barrier for us whenever we are there. Would strongly recommend to stay here if you have travelling to Bangkok!

It is an older hotel. That is renovated on the outside and partially on the inside. My stay was good. It is clsoe the many amenites e.g bus stations, train stations, Pratunam night market.

Location ok...walking distance to pratunam morning market (within 3 mins) but to platinum fashion mall need 10mins.. Hotel within 2 mins hv foot massage & 7-11. C/in day aircond not function well after report next day send staff for checking and service..prompt action Hotel breakfast simple and every day was same But coffee was nice..if you just look for a cup of coffee with bread then is ok..otherwise suggest book for room only.

Overall is a ok hotel. Room is fine, basic and clean!. The only problem is the pillow is too soft and flat. Their aircond in certain room is facing the bed which caused unable to have a good sleep.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel within 4 months. A great disappointment to know upon arrival that hotel has changed their breakfast menu, removing Sunnyside up eggs, sausages, salad and daily main dish effective Sept 2018. Not knowing about the change, my booking was purchased with breakfast inclusive and it was cumbersome to go through the cancelation and refund through Expedia, however hotel gave us cash refund out of their own pocket first which was extremely very nice of them. Overall, the room was still as clean as my previous stay. Bed is very soft and comfy. Beware that the lane leading from the main road to the hotel is rather congested so be prepared to look out for 2 way vehicles when you are walking. Nearby there are many massage parlours for selection and Pratunum Shopping Mall, City Complex & many others. With the quality, location and value added rate that one is paying, I will still select this hotel for my next trip.
